Konsept for bruk av K2IS for håndtering av medisinsk informasjon

Abstract

Denne CD&E-studien (EP1338) har som målsetting å anbefale et konsept for bruk av K2IS for håndtering av medisinsk informasjon på taktisk nivå. Dette omfatter en vurdering av både manuell og elektronisk håndtering av medisinsk informasjon og bruk av sambandssystemer for dette. Utvikling av dette konseptet er avgjørende for å ivareta kravene i gjeldende lover og forskrifter. Anbefalte må-tiltak er nødvendig for å oppfylle lover og forskrifter, mens bør-tiltak er forslag til effektiviseringstiltak.

The objective of the present study is to recommend a concept of use of Command, Control, and Information Systems in managing medical information on a tactical level. This includes an evaluation of both manual as well as electronic management of medical information, and the use of appropriate and available communication systems. Development of such a concept is crucial in implementing laws and regulations. Recommendations in this report are separated in two parts; “imperative measures” are necessary implementations to comply with Norwegian acts and regulations, and “should measures” and important for efficiency improvements.
